- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp plum syrup
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- a dash of sesame oil
- a dash of sesame seeds

Separate the spring cabbage leaves and rinse them under running water. Remove excess water.

Mix all the seasoning ingredients except sesame seeds in a bowl.
