Essential Ingredients
- 100g shepherd's purse
- 🧈 300g tofu
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥒 1/4 zucchini
- 🧅 10cm green onion
- 600ml anchovy-kelp broth
Seasoning Ingredients
- 2 tbsp doenjang (soybean paste)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
Optional Ingredients
- 1 green chili pepper
步驟
Prepare the shepherd's purse by trimming and roughly chopping it.
Slice the zucchini into half-moons, chop the green onion diagonally, and dice the onion and tofu.
In a pot, add the broth and dissolve the soybean paste.
Add zucchini and onion to the broth and bring to a boil.
Season the broth with soy sauce, chili powder, and minced garlic, then add the prepared shepherd's purse.
Add tofu and simmer briefly, then finish with green onion and chili pepper.
