Wrapper
- 8 spring roll wrappers
Protein
- 150g ground chicken
Vegetables
- 100g bamboo shoot (boiled)
- 8 shiso leaves
Oil
- sufficient salad oil for frying
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
Binder
- 1/2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tbsp water
步驟
Cut the bamboo shoots into 5mm cubes.
Mix ground chicken with sake, grated ginger, and oyster sauce until sticky. Add bamboo shoots and mix further.
Place 1/8 of the mixture onto a spring roll wrapper, roll once, add a shiso leaf, and continue rolling. Seal the end with the flour-water mixture. Repeat for the remaining wrappers.
Heat salad oil in a pan to about 1cm depth. Fry the rolls for 6-7 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
