- 4 sheets rice paper
Protein
- 🦐 4 peeled shrimp (60g)
Vegetables
- 100g chrysanthemum greens
- 4 leaves green leaf lettuce
- 🥕 40g carrot, julienned
- 🍅 2 cherry tomatoes, sliced
Sauce
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 🧄 1/4 tsp garlic paste
步驟
Trim the chrysanthemum greens and cut them into thirds. Slice the hard stems thinly. Tear the green leaf lettuce to fit the rice paper. Julienne the carrot and slice the cherry tomatoes.
Mix the fish sauce, garlic paste, and lemon juice in a bowl to make the dipping sauce.
Soak the rice paper in warm water until softened, then lay it flat on a cutting board.
Place shrimp, cherry tomatoes, green leaf lettuce, carrot, and chrysanthemum greens in layers on the rice paper. Roll tightly, folding in the sides. Repeat for all rolls.
Serve the spring rolls on a plate with the dipping sauce on the side.
