Main Ingredients
- 100g tofu
- 50g sprout vegetables
- 🍚 2/3 cup cooked brown rice
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🍯 1 tsp honey
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp plum extract
步驟
Mix 1 tsp sesame seeds, 1 tsp plum extract, 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp gochujang, and 1 tsp minced garlic to make the sauce.
Blanch the tofu briefly and mash it with a knife.
Wash the sprout vegetables thoroughly and drain the water.
Place the cooked brown rice in a bowl and layer the drained sprout vegetables on top.
Add the mashed tofu on top of the sprout vegetables.
Serve with the prepared sauce on the side or drizzled on top.
