Main Ingredients
- 🦑 150g sliced squid
- 🥦 1/2 head cauliflower
- 1/2 red bell pepper
Seasoning
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 💧 2 tbsp water
步驟
Separate the cauliflower into small florets. Remove the stem and seeds from the red bell pepper and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients (marked with ☆) in a bowl.
Boil water in a pot, add cauliflower and red bell pepper, and cook for about 2 minutes. Remove and set aside. Boil squid in the same pot until cooked through, then drain.
While still hot, place the boiled ingredients in a heat-resistant container, add the seasoning mixture, and toss to combine.
