- 1 tbsp sake

Cut the squid body into 1cm strips and the tentacles into 3cm pieces.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the squid, and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the corn and quickly stir-fry together.

Add sake, soy sauce, and butter to the pan and stir-fry until well combined.
