- 🦑 200g squid
Vegetables
- 4 green peppers
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
- 🧄 1 clove garlic

- 🧈 100g firm tofu

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 pinch sugar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
步驟
Clean and cut the squid into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the green peppers and cherry tomatoes into small pieces. Mince the garlic.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
Add the squid to the pan and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
Add the green peppers, cherry tomatoes, and tofu to the pan. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
Mix sake, sugar, soy sauce, and curry powder in a small bowl. Pour the mixture into the pan and stir well.
Cook for another 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Serve hot.
