- 🦑 200g squid, cleaned and sliced
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato, chopped
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- Chopped parsley, as needed

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
步驟
Chop the tomato into bite-sized pieces.
Clean the squid by removing the innards, cartilage, and beak. Slice the body into 2cm rings and cut the tentacles into bite-sized pieces.
Mince the garlic.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add the squid and tomato, and stir-fry over medium-low heat until the squid changes color.
Season with salt and pepper, mix well, and serve on a plate. Garnish with chopped parsley.
