Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🌿 1 1/2 sheets nori seaweed
Squid Tempura
- 🦑 150g cleaned squid body
- 3 tbsp tempura flour
- 💧 3 tbsp water
- Enough vegetable oil for frying
Sweet Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
步驟
Cut 1 sheet of nori into 4 strips and the half sheet into 2 strips.
Slice the squid into 6 pieces and coat with 1 tbsp of tempura flour.
Mix the remaining tempura flour with water to create a batter.
Combine mirin, sugar, and soy sauce in a microwave-safe container and heat for 30 seconds at 600W.
Heat oil to 170°C and fry the squid pieces dipped in batter for 1 minute until crispy. Coat with the sweet soy sauce.
Mix cooked rice with salt, divide into 6 portions, and wrap each portion around a piece of squid tempura. Wrap with a strip of nori.
