Flour
- 🌾 1 tbsp flour for coating
- 🌾 3 tbsp flour for batter

- 💧 50cc cold water
Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying

Cut squid tentacles into 2–3 pieces each and pat dry with paper towels. Coat evenly with flour.

In a bowl, mix flour and cold water lightly to create a batter.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C (2cm depth). Dip squid tentacles in batter and fry until golden and crispy, turning occasionally.
