Main Ingredients
- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
- 🥕 1 carrot
- 🥦 1/2 broccoli
- 🍄 1 pack maitake mushrooms
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp miso
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- A dash of soy sauce
- A dash of sansho powder
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- A dash of pepper
- 150ml water
步驟
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Boil water and pour over chicken to blanch.
Slice carrot diagonally into 1cm pieces. Trim and separate maitake mushrooms. Divide broccoli into small florets.
Mix mayonnaise, miso, sugar, soy sauce, and sansho powder in a bowl to create the sansho miso mayonnaise.
Place chicken, carrot, maitake mushrooms, and seasoning ingredients (sake, salt, pepper, water) in a frying pan. Bring to a boil, skim off foam, cover, and simmer on medium-low heat for 8 minutes.
Add broccoli, cover, and steam for another 5 minutes. Serve on a plate with sansho miso mayonnaise on the side.
