- 1/2 bunch mitsuba
- 🥕 2 cm carrot, julienned
Protein
- 🍗 100 g chicken breast
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
Miso Sauce
- 3 tbsp sake
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp miso
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
步驟
Cut mitsuba into 3 cm pieces and julienne the carrot.
Place chicken breast in a microwave-safe container, sprinkle sake, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Let cool and shred.
Mix miso sauce ingredients in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 30 seconds.
Dip rice paper in water, place mitsuba, carrot, and shredded chicken on top, and roll tightly. Cut in half and serve with miso sauce.
