- 🍗 200g chicken tenderloin, trimmed
Vegetables
- 🌱 150g boiled edamame
- 🍅 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Liquid
- 2 tbsp white wine
Butter
- 🧈 20g salted butter
步驟
Remove edamame from pods. Halve cherry tomatoes and mince garlic.
Slice chicken tenderloin into thirds diagonally and coat with salt, pepper, and potato starch.
Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic, and sauté on low heat until fragrant. Add chicken and cook both sides on medium heat until color changes.
Add edamame and cherry tomatoes to the pan. Stir briefly, then add white wine and salt. Cover and steam on medium heat for 2 minutes.
Turn off the heat and mix in butter until fully melted.
