Main
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken breast
- 🧅 1 scallion (white part), minced
Seasoning (☆)
- 🍬 1/3 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
Sauce (★)
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp chicken broth powder
- Pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
步驟
Mince the scallion (white part).
Place the chicken breast in a microwave-safe container, add the ☆ seasonings, and massage well. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Flip the chicken, cover again, and microwave for another 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Let it cool with the wrap on to finish cooking with residual heat.
In a bowl, mix the minced scallion with the ★ sauce ingredients to prepare the scallion salt sauce.
Slice the chicken into 5mm thick pieces, plate, and pour the scallion salt sauce over the top.
