- 🐚 200g clams (purged)
Vegetables
- 1/6 head Chinese cabbage
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 1 piece ginger
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 4 shiso leaves
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
步驟
Cut the Chinese cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Mince the green onion, ginger, and garlic. Thinly slice the shiso leaves.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and sauté ginger, garlic, and green onion over medium heat. Add the clams and stir-fry.
Add the Chinese cabbage and stir-fry briefly until coated with sesame oil. Add the seasoning ingredients and cover with a lid. Steam over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Taste and adjust the salt if needed. Serve on a plate and garnish with shiso leaves.
