- 🐟 2 salmon fillets
- 🦪 150g clams, pre-purged
Vegetables
- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🌱 4 snow peas
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sake
- 2 tsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce

Remove the strings from the snow peas. Trim the base of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized pieces.

Place the salmon fillets on a cooking sheet and sprinkle with salt. Add the clams, shimeji mushrooms, and snow peas around the salmon.

Drizzle the sake, mirin, and soy sauce over the ingredients. Wrap the sheet and microwave at 600W for about 4 minutes, or until the clams open.
