- 🐚 200g clams (purged)

- 🌿 40g cilantro

- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- Pinch of sliced chili

- 1 tsp fish sauce

Separate cilantro leaves and stems. Chop stems into 3–4cm pieces. Mince garlic.

Rinse clams thoroughly by rubbing them together in water to remove sand.

Heat olive oil, garlic, and chili in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add clams, cilantro stems, sake, and fish sauce. Cover and steam for 4–5 minutes until clams open.

Serve clams on a plate and garnish with cilantro leaves.
