- 🐚 300g clams (purged)
Vegetables
- 4 tbsp dried wakame
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 50cc sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
步驟

Rehydrate the dried wakame in a bowl with plenty of water. Squeeze out excess water.

In a frying pan, add clams, sake, and salt. Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes until the clams open.

Add the rehydrated wakame to the pan and mix briefly. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
