Wrapper
- 12 dumpling wrappers
Filling
- 80g ground chicken breast
- 1 fish cake (100g)
- 50g chrysanthemum greens
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms
- 🥬 100g cabbage
Dipping Sauce
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
Seasoning for Filling
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
步驟
Finely chop the chrysanthemum greens, shiitake mushrooms, and cabbage.
In a bowl, mix ground chicken, fish cake, chopped vegetables, and all seasoning ingredients until well combined.
Place a small amount of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper and fold to seal.
Arrange the dumplings in a steamer lined with parchment paper and steam for 10–12 minutes over medium heat.
Serve the steamed dumplings with ponzu sauce for dipping.
