- 🥚 4 eggs
- 1 block of silken tofu (around 350g)
- 1/2 cup of chopped chives
- 🧂 1 teaspoon of salt
- 💧 1 cup of water

Beat the eggs in a bowl and mix with salt and water.

Mash the tofu finely and mix it into the egg mixture.
