Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 pack (100g) salad chicken
- 🍆 2 eggplants (220g)
Seasonings
- 🍶 1 tsp vinegar
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Garnish
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
步驟
Cut off the stems of the eggplants, peel them, and rinse in water. Wrap each eggplant in plastic wrap and place on a microwave-safe plate. Heat in a 600W microwave for 2–3 minutes until softened, then let cool. Tear into bite-sized pieces by hand.
Tear the salad chicken into small pieces by hand.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (☆). Add the eggplants and salad chicken, then toss lightly to combine.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
