- 🥬 4 leaves (200g) cabbage
Meat Mixture
- 🍗 200g ground chicken
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Spicy Ponzu Sauce
- 1 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 1 tsp sesame oil
步驟
In a bowl, mix the meat mixture ingredients (ground chicken, sake, salt and pepper, potato starch, and grated ginger) until sticky.
In a microwave-safe dish, layer 1/3 of the cabbage leaves, tearing them into pieces. Spread half of the meat mixture on top. Repeat the layering process, ending with a layer of cabbage on top.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 8–10 minutes until cooked through. Let it sit covered for 2–3 minutes to finish cooking with residual heat.
In a bowl, mix the spicy ponzu sauce ingredients (ponzu sauce, doubanjiang, and sesame oil). Serve alongside the steamed chicken and cabbage.
