Fish
- 🐟 1/2 fillet mackerel
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/8 head cabbage
- 🍄 4 shiitake mushrooms
- 🍋 4 slices lemon
Seasonings
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tsp soy sauce
步驟
Sprinkle salt on both sides of the mackerel and let it rest for 5 minutes. Pat dry with a paper towel and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Remove the stems of the shiitake mushrooms and cut them in half. Divide the butter into 4 equal portions.
Layer cabbage, shiitake mushrooms, and mackerel in a heatproof dish.
Place butter evenly on top, drizzle with sake, sprinkle salt and pepper, add soy sauce, and top with lemon slices. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
