Main Ingredients
- 🐟 200g fresh salmon fillets
- 🍋 1/2 lemon, sliced
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- 🌿 2 sprigs parsley, minced
- 3 green leaf lettuce leaves
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
步驟
Mince the onion and parsley. Slice the lemon into rings. Cut the green leaf lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
Arrange the salmon and lemon slices alternately in a microwave-safe dish. Pour sake over them, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes and 30 seconds until the salmon is cooked.
In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Add the minced onion and parsley to the dressing and mix well. Then add the cooked salmon, lemon slices, and green leaf lettuce, and toss gently.
