- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/2 carrot (100g), sliced
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g), thinly sliced
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- A pinch of pepper

Cut the carrot in half lengthwise, then slice into 5mm half-moon pieces. Thinly slice the onion.

In a microwave-safe container, mix the tuna with its oil and the seasonings (sake, soy sauce, pepper). Add the carrot and onion, and mix well.

Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for about 4 minutes, or until the carrot is tender.
