Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets of cod
Tofu
- 🍥 150g silken tofu
Vegetables
- 🌱 1 scallion
- 40g pickled mustard greens
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🌾 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
步驟
Sprinkle the cod fillets with a pinch of salt and 1/2 tbsp sake.
Cut the scallion into 5 cm lengths, then slice thinly into strips.
Slice the pickled mustard greens thinly and cut the tofu into quarters.
Mix the scallions and pickled mustard greens together.
Place the tofu pieces on a plate, top with the cod fillets, and then add the scallion mixture on top.
Drizzle 1 tbsp sake and 1 tbsp sesame oil over the dish.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Let it sit for 2 minutes.
Mix soy sauce and vinegar together and drizzle over the dish before serving.
