- 1 tbsp mayonnaise

Cut the chikuwa in half lengthwise, then slice diagonally into thin pieces. Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the stem wakame for about 1 minute.

In a bowl, mix the ponzu sauce and mayonnaise together. Add the blanched stem wakame and sliced chikuwa, then toss to combine.
