- 1 tsp soy sauce

- 4g bonito flakes
- Chopped green onion, to taste

Wash the taro thoroughly. Place the taro and water (not listed) in a pot and heat over medium heat until a skewer easily pierces through.

Drain the water and peel the taro.

Mix the peeled taro with mayonnaise, bonito flakes, and soy sauce. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
