- 2 tbsp chirimen jako

- 1 bunch komatsuna
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 1 tbsp sake

Cut the atsuage and komatsuna into bite-sized pieces.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat, add chirimen jako, and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add atsuage and komatsuna.
