Protein
- 150g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 1/2 bunch chives, cut into 4cm pieces
Oil and Spices
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp sliced chili
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Thickening Agent
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 1/2 tbsp water
步驟
Cut the chives into 4cm pieces and set aside.
Mix all sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, oyster sauce, soy sauce, garlic) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil and sliced chili in a frying pan over medium heat, then add pork and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add bean sprouts and the prepared sauce to the pan, cover with a lid, and steam for 1 minute.
Add chives, mix well, and pour in the cornstarch slurry. Stir-fry until the sauce thickens.
