- 100g enoki mushrooms

- 50g cod roe

Cut the root ends off the enoki mushrooms and slice them into 2cm pieces.

Make a slit in the cod roe and scoop out the contents with a spoon.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add enoki mushrooms and bean sprouts, and stir-fry until the enoki becomes tender.

Add cod roe, soy sauce, and butter, and stir-fry until the cod roe is evenly mixed.
