- 1 pack enoki mushrooms

- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings

- 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Wash the bok choy thoroughly and trim the base.

Rinse the enoki mushrooms under running water and trim the base.
