- 150g ground pork
Vegetables
- 1 pack bok choy
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
步驟

Cut the bok choy into 2cm wide pieces and mince the garlic.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan and sauté the garlic until fragrant.

Add ground pork and stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color. Then add bok choy and stir-fry briefly.

Add the seasoning ingredients and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
