- 🥬 1/6 head cabbage
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g)

- 1/2 piece mentaiko
Condiments
- 🧴 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper

Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Slice the potatoes thinly and soak them in water, then drain. Scoop out the insides of the mentaiko with a spoon.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the potatoes and stir-fry until they become translucent.

Add the cabbage and stir-fry until softened. Mix in the mentaiko, mayonnaise, and pepper, and stir-fry until evenly combined.
