Main Ingredient
- 1 handful dried squid
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 pinch sesame seeds
步驟
Prepare 1 handful of dried squid and cut it into bite-sized pieces using scissors.
Rinse the dried squid briefly in water to soften it. Do not soak.
In a cold frying pan, add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, and 1 tbsp corn syrup.
Turn on the heat to low and add the dried squid. Stir gently to coat the squid evenly.
Continue stirring until the seasoning is fully absorbed by the squid.
Finish by adding 1 tbsp sesame oil and a pinch of sesame seeds. Mix well.
