Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
Fermented Soy
- 1 pack natto with sauce
Vegetable
- 1/2 pack pea shoots
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
步驟
Cut the root ends off the pea shoots and divide them into thirds.
Mix the natto with its included sauce in a bowl.
Crack the egg into a microwave-safe container and mix. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Remove, stir, cover again, and microwave for another 30 seconds.
Add the natto, pea shoots, and seasonings (salt, black pepper, sesame oil, white sesame seeds) to the egg and mix gently.
