- 4 bunches perilla leaves
- 茄子 1.5 eggplants
- 🥕 A small amount of carrot
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Wash the perilla leaves and roughly chop them.

Slice the eggplants into thick strips and julienne the carrot.

Heat 2 tbsp sesame oil in a pan and add minced garlic.

Add perilla leaves, eggplant, and carrot to the pan. Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce.

Once the eggplant softens and absorbs the seasoning, add chili powder and stir-fry rapidly.
