Main Ingredients
- 🍆 4 eggplants
- 400g ground pork
Seasoning
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 🧄 1/3 tsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp broth
- a dash of black pepper
- a drizzle of sesame oil
- a sprinkle of sesame seeds
步驟
Cut the eggplants in half lengthwise and slice them diagonally.
Mix all seasoning ingredients except sesame oil and sesame seeds in a bowl.
Marinate the ground pork with one tablespoon of the prepared seasoning mixture.
Heat a wok without oil and stir-fry the sliced eggplants until their moisture evaporates.
Push the eggplants to the sides of the wok and add the marinated ground pork to the center. Stir-fry until cooked.
Combine the cooked pork and eggplants, then gradually add the seasoning mixture while stir-frying.
Finish by drizzling sesame oil and sprinkling sesame seeds over the dish.
