Vegetables
- 100g fresh wakame
- 🥔 3 medium potatoes
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- A pinch of yuzu pepper
步驟
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak them in water for 5 minutes. Drain the water. Cut the wakame into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the soy sauce, mirin, and yuzu pepper in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and add the potatoes. Stir-fry until coated with oil, then cover with a lid and cook on medium heat for 5–6 minutes.
Once the potatoes are cooked through, add the wakame and the prepared seasoning mixture. Stir-fry until everything is well combined.
