- 1/2 bunch garlic chives
- 2 king oyster mushrooms (80g)
Canned Goods
- 1 can tuna in water (70g)
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp grated cheese

Cut the garlic chives into 3cm pieces and trim the roots. Slice the king oyster mushrooms thinly at an angle after halving them lengthwise.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and canned tuna, and stir-fry for 3 minutes.

Add the garlic chives and stir-fry briefly. Season with salt, pepper, and grated cheese, and cook until the chives are tender.
