- 300g garlic scapes
Seafood
- 🦐 50g dried barley shrimp
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🌰 A pinch of sesame seeds
步驟
Wash the garlic scapes thoroughly and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare the dried barley shrimp.
Mix soy sauce, corn syrup, and oyster sauce in a bowl. Adjust sweetness to taste.
Heat a pan, add garlic scapes, olive oil, and a pinch of salt. Stir-fry on high heat for 2–3 minutes.
Add the dried barley shrimp and mix well. Reduce to medium heat.
Push the ingredients to the side of the pan, pour the sauce mixture into the center, and let it simmer for 20–30 seconds. Then mix everything together and stir-fry.
Cook for an additional 3 minutes, turn off the heat, and finish with sesame oil and sesame seeds.
