Protein
- 2 slices ham
- 🥚 3 eggs, beaten
Vegetables
- 1 pack pea shoots
Noodles
- 50g glass noodles
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
步驟
Cut off the roots of the pea shoots and halve them. Slice the ham into 5mm strips.
Boil water in a pot, cook the glass noodles according to package instructions, drain, and cut into manageable lengths.
Heat half of the sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the beaten eggs and stir gently until semi-cooked, then transfer to a plate.
Wipe the pan clean, add the remaining sesame oil, and heat over medium heat. Stir-fry the ham until coated with oil, then add the glass noodles and loosen them. Add the pea shoots and seasonings, stir-fry together, and finally return the eggs to the pan for a quick mix.
