Noodles
- 40g glass noodles
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
Vegetables
- 50g garlic chives, chopped
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
步驟
Cut garlic chives into 3cm pieces.
Soak glass noodles in hot water until softened, then drain thoroughly.
Heat half of the sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, add beaten eggs, and stir lightly until edges set. Remove from pan.
In the same pan, heat the remaining sesame oil over medium heat, add glass noodles, and stir until coated with oil. Add seasoning ingredients and stir well.
Add cooked eggs and garlic chives to the pan, stir quickly to combine, and serve.
