Meat
- 150g ground pork
Vegetables
- 240g daikon, cut into sticks
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp grated ginger

Cut daikon into 4cm wide sticks and slice bell peppers after removing seeds. Coat them with cornstarch in a plastic bag.

Mix all sauce ingredients (sake, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken stock powder, grated ginger) in a bowl.

Heat sesame oil in a pan, add ground pork, and cook on medium heat until browned on both sides. Break into chunks, add daikon and bell peppers, and stir-fry for 3 minutes until daikon is browned. Pour in the sauce and mix well.
