    • 🧂 3.5 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp oligo syrup
    • 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 🌰 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds

Trim the base of the king oyster mushrooms and lightly brush off any dirt. Do not wash with water.

Cut the mushrooms into 2 cm wide pieces and score them with a crisscross pattern.

Heat 3 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan over high heat and stir-fry the mushrooms.

Continue stir-frying until the mushrooms release their moisture and turn golden brown.

Reduce the heat to medium-low and add 3.5 tbsp of soy sauce. Let the mushrooms absorb the sauce slowly.

Add 2 tbsp of oligo syrup and 1/2 tbsp of minced garlic. Stir-fry briefly.

Add 1/4 stalk of green onion, cut into large pieces, and stir-fry.

Finish by adding 1 tbsp of sesame oil and 1/2 tbsp of sesame seeds. Mix well and serve.
