- 🐖 100g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 150g sliced lotus root
- 1/2 tsp sliced chili
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp dashi powder

Slice the lotus root thinly and soak in water to remove excess starch. Drain well.

Heat sesame oil and sliced chili in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add pork and stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color.

Add lotus root and stir-fry until it becomes translucent. Add the seasoning ingredients and cook over low heat until the liquid is absorbed.
