Meat
- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 100g chopped komatsuna
Condiments
- 1 pack natto with sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

Cut the root of the komatsuna and chop into 3–4cm pieces.

Cut the pork belly into 3–4cm pieces.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add komatsuna and stir-fry until coated with oil.

Add natto, its sauce, and the seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce). Stir and break apart the natto while cooking until the komatsuna softens.
