Meat
- 130g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥔 300g new potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 🥬 2 stalks asparagus, sliced diagonally
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
步驟
Peel and chop the new potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Soak in water and drain. Peel the bottom half of the asparagus and slice diagonally into 7mm pieces.
Place the new potatoes in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 5 minutes. Drain the water.
Season the pork belly with salt and pepper, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until browned. Push the pork to the side and add the potatoes, turning them until browned. Remove excess oil with a paper towel.
Add the asparagus and stir-fry until tender. Add the sauce ingredients (sake, salt, soy sauce) and stir quickly to combine.
