Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack oyster mushrooms
- 🥕 3 slices carrot
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion
Protein
- 3 sheets fish cake
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- A dash of sesame oil
- A dash of black pepper
- A dash of sesame seeds
- A dash of cooking oil
步驟
Slice the fish cake thinly and boil in hot water briefly, then drain.
Trim the base of the oyster mushrooms and cut larger pieces in half.
Julienne the carrot and slice the green onion diagonally.
Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil and sauté the mushrooms briefly.
Add the boiled fish cake and minced garlic to the pan and stir-fry until moisture evaporates.
Add soy sauce, corn syrup, sesame oil, and black pepper. Stir well to coat the mushrooms and fish cake evenly.
Finally, add the julienned carrot, sliced green onion, and sesame seeds. Stir briefly and turn off the heat.
